Chief Talent Officer
As Chief Talent Officer, Kelly is responsible for building Lightspeed’s global framework of human resource management principles, guidelines and practices. In her role, she is also instrumental in building organizational capability and optimizing the motivation and commitment of Lightspeed’s staff to drive performance and individual and team contribution.
Prior to joining Lightspeed in 2005, Kelly was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at ORIX USA Corporation, a Japanese-based financial services company. There, she was part of a senior leadership team that drove a major two-year turnaround initiative. She established a solid track record of driving business performance and successfully implemented strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this assignment, she held an HR leadership position supporting business units and corporate staff.
Before joining ORIX USA Corporation, Kelly held a senior-level human resources position in a corporate environment responsible for workplace development, benefits and compensation, staffing, and HR processes and information management.
Kelly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
